Meet The Board
RANDOLPH M. CLARK
Founder / President
Randolph Clark founded the Key City Foundation with the vision and drive to improve upon our youth sports organizations. He saw increasing prices of youth sports as a major contributor to the lack of youth involvement in athletics now. So, Randy focused on developing the organization with experience, integrity, and a passion to give back.
When he is not overseeing the day-to-day operations of the foundation; he enjoys coaching Walkersville High School Boys' Lacrosse and Wrestling, hiking with his family (Amanda and Balto), pursuing business ventures, exercising, or studying for self-development.
Sonya joined Key City Foundation in July 2020 due to her passion for volunteerism, love for the foundation’s mission, and her family’s background in youth sports. Her son Blake has been playing lacrosse for many years and currently is a member of Team Maryland 2022 National team. He’s been a member of his high school varsity lacrosse team since his freshman year and has been playing for Key City Foundation for two years. Her daughter Lexi played Goalie for 8 years which included playing for GVAA, her high school, and the Rebels. Sonya has been deeply involved in her children’s sports over the years by taking on the role of coach, team mom, and organizing community service events for teams. She enjoys giving back to her community as much as possible and is always willing to lend a helping hand. She is excited for the opportunity to help the foundation and young athletes reach their highest potential both on and off of the field.
Professionally, Sonya brings over 30 years of management, business development, strategic planning - as well as countless years of community service. Her organization skills, strong commitment to success and drive will be a great addition to the team. Sonya also enjoys spending time with her family, whether that is on the lacrosse fields, vacationing, a movie night, or having a great meal. She is beyond excited and grateful for Key City Foundation and all the lives they will change in the future.
Feel free to reach out to Sonya directly with any questions regarding our Foundation's at email@example.com.

Director of Advancement & Community Relations
Theresa Church joined the Key City Foundation because of her genuine love of lacrosse, her community and great local non-profits. She is excited for the opportunity to help us tie them together with the goal of creating a rewarding experience for all involved.
With over 15 years of being a sports parent (rec/club/college), she understands the challenges and rewards for players and parents on many levels. Professionally, she brings over 23 years of creative marketing & business development, strategic planning - as well as countless years of community service. Her energy, creativity and never quit attitude will be a great addition to this already strong team. She looks forward to this new adventure and the great memories to be made.
If you can’t find Theresa, her husband and sons on a lacrosse field (or some other sporting event), you might try the water. They have a great love for the outdoors - kayaking, boating, exploring and spoiling their sweet recue lab/hound, Stella. Painting, cooking and “up for anything adventures” also make her list of enjoying daily life.
Feel free to reach out to Theresa directly with any questions regarding our Foundation's partnerships at firstname.lastname@example.org. We are always looking to make lasting partnerships!
BECKY RICE, M.S.B.
Director of Social Media and Outreach
Becky joined the Key City Foundation to continue her efforts supporting youth in the community. Her goal is to help young people find opportunities to grow their leadership skills, be active in community sports, and experience the satisfaction that comes with living a service-oriented life. With more than 15 years of experience in volunteer and community-based leadership roles, Becky brings a solid understanding of nonprofit board management to the Foundation. Her extensive professional experience in outreach and marketing means that Key City Foundation’s communications efforts are in very capable hands.
When not working to communicate Key City Foundation’s messages, Becky can be found spoiling her family’s two rescue labs, baking something sweet, photographing youth sporting events, or making her own blinged-out spirit wear for when she’s cheering on her two sons at their various sporting events. But, much to her husband’s chagrin, you will definitely not find her making dinner.
As she has been known to say, "my full time job feeds my family, but this work feeds my soul."
Feel free to reach out to Becky directly with any questions regarding our Foundation's social media presence and website functionality at email@example.com.

Director of Youth Soccer
Chris Stack joined the Key City Foundation because the mission and vision are very much aligned with Coach Stack's student-athlete development philosophy and his eagerness to give back to our youth. Coach Stack has been involved in youth soccer for over 20 years and believes mastering the fundamentals of the game are key to future success. His coaching philosophy is based on teaching the proper techniques and mechanics at an early age, to allow players to be fundamentally sound as they continue their development technically, tactically, and physically. Coach Stack uses a player-centered approach to coaching and strives to develop his players, on and off the field.
Chris spent 10 years coaching at the collegiate level at both McDaniel College and his Alma Mater Mount St. Mary's where he was the Women's Assistant soccer Coach, as well as the Director of Student-Athlete Academic Support & Development. His work in intercollegiate athletics aided him in the founding of Guiding Future Stars, a student-athlete development company that is committed to transforming the next generation into excellent students, great athletes, and extraordinary people.
When Coach Stack is not watching, playing, or coaching soccer, which is rare, he enjoys spending time with his family Allison and Linc.
Feel free to reach out to Coach Stack directly with any questions regarding our Foundation's upcoming Youth Soccer Program at Chris.firstname.lastname@example.org.
